FROM 8 TO 16
First picture: weaving at night, scarf 62!
Second and third: my loom just got back from the weave-doctor,
with 8 more shafts!
From 8 to 16 shafts, have got some experiments to do :-)
Last picture: did some woolshopping today!

LET'S TRY SOME FUROSHIKI!
Furoshiki is a very unique yet quintessential Japanese
item that has been ingrained into Japanese life.
It’s second nature to most Japanese to use
a cloth like this in it’s various ways –
whereas to many foreigners this is a novel but slightly alien idea.
The beauty of the furoshiki is it’s versatility –
there are endless ways to use one, all you need is a bit of imagination.
And ofcourse: no waste of paper! :-)

PAULETTE PERONI
Paulette Peroni was a fiber artist.
She would use any type of technique:
weaving, knitting, embroidery, collage, crochet.
My favourite is the last piece, called 'Yellow Teardrop'' (knitting).
