PREVIEW SCARF 47!

People who liked Scarf 43, will like this one too!

The base is the same, the pied-de-poule,

but all the rest is different.

Scarf 43 was such a succes I decided to make a little collection out of it.

This is number 2 in this collection.

Big, strong graphics, warm and soft.

But why previews of scarves 45, 46, 47?

I'm taking part in an event that is called "De Invasie",

where I will be selling these scarves

and I want to keep them secret until then.

Above my snow princess, she doesnt' need any scarf... :-)

The cactus is work from the artist Michel François I saw yesterday,

inspiring the way he uses materials.

SCARF 44

Finally pictures of a very special one...

Blue, white and vibrant green,

heavy, long and curvy lines.

Fits the snow outside my window :-)

The technique is called "twill shadow weave",

it has alternating dark and light threads in warp and weft.

Measurements: 32 cm x 208 cm

Materials: cotton, wool, acryl, viscose, synthetic yarns

The weaving of number 44 is done,

but it still needs a lot of work...

I hope I will complete 44 before 2010! :-)

The biggest scarf ever!

Very chunky and soft.
